I was in COSTCO when a group assembled around the Corona beer display (the price had increased--I'm told--by 40%, and the young lady stocking said that was only an "interim," i.e., minimum increase). She said domestic beer was increasing by the end of the month.

For sure, but I think Capitalism would guarantee that scenario. We have a great recycling program in the county. Large cartons of aluminum cans each week.

Half ounce aluminum per can. Roughly $0.07 per ounce of aluminum. Canners probably buy better.

Sounds like gouging from someone in the chain. It’s less than a $0.25 per case of tariff cost.
