Hey everyone! You might be wondering where we've been the last couple of months.

Well remember at the end of season 17 we said we were taking an extended hiatus because the results of the election, as they didn't exactly pan out the way we had planned? Yeah you do. And of course if you missed the now infamous post-election edition where we had to let out, what one might call a little bit of a steam, with some mild rage-induced swearing, you can see it here: here. There's a reason for that. One is that we were just getting burned out producing a huge Top 10 list once a week. The other is that our contract with the Observatory OC expired so we had to find a new place to relocate to, and we're now in San Pedro and will be recording our show at the Laugh Factory in Long Beach.
But the reason for our long absence has been that it's getting incredibly difficult to make fun of this stuff. President Fuckface has been busy taking a blowtorch to the government, renaming everything to suit his twisted agenda, and taking the United States' standing in the world down. And the news is getting darker and more horrifying by the day. You just can't make fun of things like the ICE raids and rampant transphobia coming from this administration and his nightmare rotation. We will try to do our best to bring you the free funny moving forward as we attempt to make sense of what's happening in the United States at this point. We could do a nightly show but we definitely don't have the man power or resources to pull that off.
There's also a couple of other things we need to note - one is that we kind of ran out of ideas for the 10th spot, and we've had to do some retooling on that part. We also lost all intro videos for one of our signature segments - Top 10 Investigates. So from now on going forward, the format will be this:

5 - News
6 - Holy Shit (our award winning religious themed news of the day segment)
7 - Dealer's choice segment (Beating A Dead Horse, How Is This Still A Thing, etc)
8 - Conspiracy Corner (our award winning segment that details conspiracy news of the week)
9 - Dealer's choice segment (People Are Dumb or I Need A Drink)
10 - Dealer's choice segment (Beating A Dead Horse, How Is This Still A Thing, etc)
Another thing is that it's getting impossible to find article content and sources that isn't hidden behind a paywall, which has been further complicating our relaunch. The other is that instead of once a week, we decided that we're going to return on a monthly basis starting July 26th. Rest assured that many of your favorite segments including Holy Shit, Beating A Dead Horse, People Are Dumb, I Need A Drink, and so on, are going to be returning.

We will be returning soon! And don't forget, in December, we will have a massive shindig for our 10th anniversary party. Can you believe it's been 10 years?
