Attorney General Pam Bondi and her Department of Justice lawyers said repeatedly that it was impossible to facilitate Abrego Garcia's return to the United States.
Then, lo and behold, they arranged for Abrego Garcia's return to the US and waived around a two-count criminal indictment claiming that he has been involved in a criminal conspiracy from 2016 through 2025.
