CA asked a judge to block the Marines and National Guard by 1 pm

It’s now 1:30… watching for any movement on this.

(The judge assigned to this case has notes on his schedule that he’s unavailable today 🤔 )

Decision should not be that hard to make.

And in actuality, it’s probably a really hard decision to make. The article that Traitor is using to justify this is really obscure.

Every legal scholar I read has different interpretations of his authority here although the key clause - that the governors must give permission in relinquishing their authority over these decisions - would seem to be overarching. Unfortunately there’s a few qualifiers and Traitor has used some of the “magic” words that might trigger jumping over Newsom (like calling it a “rebellion”)

Wants to argue this tomorrow

News:

The Trump admin opposes California's bid to quickly block the sending of troops to Los Angeles. They want the judge to let them file a brief tomorrow (Weds.) at 11 a.m. PT.

NEWS

Judge Breyer WON'T immediately rule on California's bid to block Trump's militarized response to the Los Angeles protests.

Instead, he sets a briefing schedule with a hearing slated for Thursday.

Regardless of what’s decided.

Even if the judge ultimately rules against this weird rare rule, it’s already a fait d’accompli.

They’ll be there permanently

No protesters should be shot at.

Period.
