And about 6 - 8 months planning smaller operations and exercises, I find the lack of real planning and just spending money without thought highly disturbing.
It's not like going on Amazon and buying as many "Amazon Choice" boxes of soldiers and munitions as you can to get Next Day delivery free. And it seems like that's what the plan is.
