D.C. WEATHER this Saturday: Cloudy in the morning, then thunderstorms developing later in the day. Chance of rain 60%.

Here's the link to D.C.'s weather on Saturday. It looks like it will get progressively worse as the day rolls on. SAD! UNFAIR!

But in all seriousness, I wonder how much additional damage those tanks will do on wet D.C. streets?
