I don't understand why TACO wants an Army Parade for his birthday, only dictators do that. Why are

all the the army, navy, etc. going all with this atrocity?

Like it or not, he's President and Commander in Chief. Despite the fact that many aren't going to want to do anything with a parade(parades suck and are annoying), they have zero legitimate reasons to not follow the order. It's sucking isn't good enough.
