Los Angeles: Federal agents involved in Boyle Heights hit-and-run crash, witnesses say; LAPD investigating

Apparently this was basically a smash-and-grab involving two federal vehicles and the white sedan in the news report. It sounds like the feds took the passengers in the sedan with them.

operate on a city street? These must have been some baaaaad dudes. Probably worked at a nearby Walmart or something.
