General Discussion
Related: Editorials & Other Articles, Issue Forums, Alliance Forums, Region ForumsI just returned from the No Kings march in my dinky little town in a red state.
The turn out was very impressive. The organizers gave the official count as 650 attendees.
The crowd was extremely enthusiastic. Before the march the crowd joined in to sing For What It's Worth. Lots of honking cars. There were no Trumpers doing their childish rolling coal in their pickups. There were about a dozen MAGAts across Main Street with a Trump flag. They looked pitiful and I think they knew it.
All in all it was a great day.
See you on the Fourth of July!

(1,254 posts)There was a huge turnout. Probably 2,500-3,000. And this is Andy Harris district. The best part of the day was a display of instant Karma. A Trump humper, in a Ford Super Duty diesel decided he was going to rolling coal the crowd. Th moron didnt notice the cop right behind him. So as soon as spewed his smoke, on went the Christmas lights and instant Karma was served. I made a point of thanking the law officer.
