Question: who's in charge in LA? Specifically, what person or group is coordinating

The tactics, actions and movements of the LAPD, the LA Sheriff’s Department, the illegally federalized Ca
National Guard and the Marines?

It seems the sheriff’s department is a bit more aggressive than any other force. Who’s telling them to do what?

Asking for a friend. His name is Tio Sammy.

Bass can tell LAPD what to do, not the LASD.
Newsom can't tell LASD what to do, but he can ask they be investigated and charged.
LASD has a really bad White Nationalist - and other race related - gang problem.
And they'll work together to kill their own for "snitching".

who does not directly answer to the mayor. The current sheriff, Robert Luna who supposedly was elected to "clean up" the department of gangs. LA sheriff department has gangs of deputies...

And why, in a so called liberal state like California, isn’t there a law requiring riot police to have large identifying numbers on their person? Fucking ridiculous.

Who deploys the LA County Sheriff’s Department? Do they just wake up one morning, watch Fox and say to themselves “Well boys, them brown people and hippies are making trouble again. Let’s go.” Someone in the county must have authorized them.

And then there’s the larger question - who’s coordinating all the different groups?
