Was driving down I--94 between Fargo and Valley city N Dakota today. A white large box ford pickup, US Gov plates.
Passed me heading west, with its box filled with duffel bags. Heaping full, with 3 possibly 4 men inside. My FIRST thought is ICE. Not sure if i was correct, but wife looked and said SAME thing. Not sure if we were right or wrong, BUT i'm saying they WERE ICE. Will never know though.
