Oh so close, but it is an obliteration failure!

Release results say that they hit the target, but only did some damage!

I thought Drunken Pete said that the bunkers were obliterated?

what is does point to - is a mission that was oversold - and a result that was overstated. (i.e. they are lying again). Anyway - that was my take on the intention for the post.
