Being agnostic myself, I have no certainty as to whether a form of supernatural consciousness communicated to humans during the past, by means understandable to them. I find more value in the spiritualism of Native American concept of Manitou, in which all things have a life force. They lived WITH nature and respected it, rather than ravage it as a commodity for short term profit.

If there is a supernatural being in this universe, I think it would judge Native American spiritualism as far superior.
