I wonder how many i.c.e. thugs are American citizens?
When the soviet union controlled the necklace of conquered nations at their borders, they stationed soldiers from other places in each country. The soldiers had no emotional ties or loyalty to the countries they were stationed in. I think the Romans did that as well.
It wouldn't surprise me a bit that non-citizens are kidnapping people.
