DOJ confirms that once Kilmar Abrego Garcia is released, ICE intends to begin removal proceedings to send

HAPPENING NOW: DOJ confirms that once Kilmar Abrego Garcia is released, ICE intends to begin removal proceedings to send him to a "third country," not El Salvador.

But there's no timeline for that process and DOJ lawyer says it's not "imminent."

see him released from one jurisdiction and grab him at the gate and yank him to a "fast track" deportation. I wouldn't believe anything out of the mouth of a DOJ attorney right now.

Imagine all they have spent on this clusterf*ck. Just let the man go to be with his family and give him a way towards proper residency.

That they are omnipotent, all-powerful and not to be denied their way. Teach the rest of you a lesson, ya know.

And issue instructions that anyone 'helping' him 'flee' will be charged for aiding and abetting his 'escape'.

It won't be much longer and Pam will piss off the wrong fucking judge. I'm here for it.

They intend to get around that by deporting him to a country other than El Salvador
