They will probably allow it even now on a case by case basis as long as it’s a Republican in-justice ruling for an injunction.

None of the Justices are leaving, unless Trump gets to replace them.

At this point a Democrat will not be president without sweeping 3/4ths of the electoral college and bringing in close to 2/3rds or 3/4ths of both chambers of congress with them.

Unfortunately If a pro establishment Democrat gets the nomination, our only hope of not having another fascist will be with a 3rd party progressive (which is actually more likely to take votes from the fascist candidate, meaning either the progressive or the Democrat will be guaranteed to win. I think this would have happened in 2016 if Bernie ran 3rd party. It seems counterintuitive, but either he or Clinton would've won if all 3 were in the general election. Trump voters voted for populism, not party. Bernie wouldve split the populist vote and all the pro establishment votes would have been for clinton).
