We just had a guy named Jesús and his crew show up to redo the roofing job that wasn't quite correctly done a couple of years ago. They had to take off part of the flashing and siding to do it. They were already hard at it when I came home from the shelter the other day. I watched them taking off the siding and numbering the pieces as they went. Jesús was the only one who spoke more or less fluent English. It rained hard a couple of days later. No leaks. Gracias, Jesús y sus empleados!

Try to get a buncha white guys to do that in this heat!
