We need funding to address the health care, child care and education crises that working people face every day.
We should be investing our resources to improve life for the American people.
We should NOT be wasting money on illegal and unnecessary wars.

(11,848 posts)at this point, I feel the US & the rest of the world needs to start fighting to restrain Israel; and I almost think that's what some in Israel want, at least subconsciously they seem to be acting out a drive to spread death until it devours even themselves.
Please note, I've been more pro- Israel than not for most of my life; but the more I learned about the history of its creation and expansion, the more dubious I became.

Im not sure why my tax money should go to not only subsidize another country (hmmm isnt it nice they have universals health care in Israel), but actually help them clean up wars they start.
And please dont explain to me about strategic partnerships, blah blah blah. Im not really sure how this justifies all the killing.
