Impeach the Supreme Court...

...for violating their oaths to defend the Constitution. They have violated the 14th Amendment to the point it is no longer recognizable. They have disposed of the balance of powers. They have indulged in corruption for personal gain and failed to report to the people whom they are supposed to represent.

When they lose the trust of the American people, they have lost their legitimacy. Because that is all they have to maintain relevance. They have put politics above the Constitution and no longer speak for the majority of America. Their rulings should be declared illegitimate and they should be removed, in my humble opinion. I realize that is much easier to say than to do.

6. They (except for Amy) said that Roe was precedent, but never said they would retain it

4. How, they're doing the dirty work for the Republican congress.

Without Congress even voting on it, they don't even have to get their hands dirty.

One SCOTUS justice, Samuel Chase, was impeached by the House in 1804 for allegedly allowing his political biases to affect his decisions but he was acquitted by the Senate. Some people wanted to impeach Earl Warren on account of his liberal decisions like Brown v. Board of Education, Miranda v. Arizona, and Loving v. Virginia, and they didn't get anywhere either.

8. Perhaps it would be easier to expand the Court than to impeach it?

They have become like Colonel Kurtz from Apocalypse Now, operating beyond the bounds.

They need to be impeached but it is almost impossible to do in our system of government.
