And fail to mention that's on top of what the deficit will be already. It $1.9 trillion this year. Some of that would disappear if the bill didn't pass but much of it would remain. We are actually going to add far far more to the debt.

Yes, it causes an increase to yearly deficits, but the $3.3 trillion is cumulative, so I think it would make more sense to say it adds $3.3 trillion in debt.
Either way, it's a rotten bill.
