And Martin was more successful in getting Democrats elected in Minnesota than Wikler was in Wisconsin. If Wikler had managed to oversee more Democratic success in his state this past election cycle, he probably would have won.

5. Well, I would certainly hope Martin was more successful - Wisconsin is a swing state and Minnesota isn't. NT

7. And part of the reason Minnesota isn't considered a swing state much anymore is because of Martin's stewardship there.

For people with short memories, Minnesota had also been deemed a swing state -- Hillary beat Trump there in 2016 by just 1.51%. To put that in perspective, Virginia -- which also was considered a similar swing state at the time -- went for Hillary by over five points in that same election.

Martin has been chair of the state party there since 2011. Once again, a big reason why some people no longer consider it a swing state because we keep winning there while we alternate winning and losing elsewhere is BECAUSE of the work that Ken Martin has done there.

even alive when that happened. And going back to 1932, the only other Republican presidential nominee they voted for was Eisenhower in the '52 and '56 landslides.

9. And? At the time, Wisconsin was part of "the Blue Wall" and had only voted for two Republican nominees since 1960.

This is a board that supports Democrats -- we don't need to diminish the incredible work that Martin has done in Minnesota to promote Wikler.

I would have been fine with either, as both were strong candidates. And, like I said, if Wikler had been able to bring home Wisconsin for the Democrats in 2024, he probably would have won.

a broader Context about our Dems than just some "aren't impressed".

It's depressing until I read more Information.

Best of Good Luck to Ken Martin and the DNC. Getting Dems Elected to Office.
