graphic you copied and pasted? Does it have some intent that I'm missing? Did you forget to say something about it. I'm puzzled.

3. And in my own not so humble opinion, it simply restates your thread title.

If sarcasm is too subtle to detect, does it actually exist?

Well, our Senators gave it all they had over the last 30 or ever how many hours. I have watched a number of videos and some of the live broadcasts on You Tube. I am in awe of their carefully planned amendments attacking the destructive power of this bill, and I wish I could steal Senator Whitehouse.

We have some really awesome people in that Senate.

There are lots of things we can do at the local level:
Become a sustaining member of your county party!! We have identified a huge number of known Democrats who are not donating to the county party at any level, so we are on a campaign to get more folks on board. A regular monthly donation will do it - at any level.

Who is your precinct chair? Call that person and offer to help.
Do you even know if you have one? Your county party can tell you, and can help you become one if you want.

Volunteer at your county office. Host a social event. Join a local Democratic Club.
This supposedly red but really purple county has 17 different grassroots organizations. There is literally something for everyone. When I first got involved with our Democratic Woman's Club there were maybe 4 of these groups.

We recently launched a fundraising campaign aimed at one specific thing: keeping our office rent paid. On the last Friday of each month we are holding "Rent Parties" at our local office, charging a small donation to attend. We made just shy of a month's rent in one evening at our first party. BONUS: everybody had a great time, we got to meet other Democrats from across our very large county.

Leaving it just like that could imply Kamala and Hillary.

Or add in smaller type:
2016/2024.
