NEW: The Supreme Court will decide next term whether states may lawfully prohibit transgender women and girls from participating in school sports on the women's team.

In light of Skrmetti, the answer will likely be "yes." www.supremecourt.gov/orders/court...

But anytime it's used to protect the disempowered, it's 'fuck your states rights, Supremacy Clause you serfs'

Have I got that about right?

Normally I wouldn't advocate for this, but normal is so far in the rear view that it just might work...

These humans suck let's expand and reform the court, and dilute their power to make the rest of us suffer for their sexual inadequacies.

I don’t want to be a hateful human but I do hate that you’re treated as less-than or other by the mean and willfully ignorant.

Honestly, if you are a loved one are trans, this is a fight you have to accept has been lost. You simply do not have freedom and rights in red states. You have to move to a blue state.
