What are the odds Alito and Thomas retire before (or if we have) elections in '26? Hell make it a Royal Flush, literally

If Sotomayor gets sick or Roberts gets paid to leave. Wouldn't surprise me at all that these fuckers get this corrupt court loaded with 4 or 5 at minimum that will have up to 40 years left in them. The stage is definitely set.

IF we get another shot I feel, if we have the numbers, we will have no choice but to expand SCOTUS. This game is over and if we get the chance we must do whatever it takes to put this fascist shit back into its dark corner where it belongs. By whatever means necessary.

Politically, it is a good strategy. However, ego-wise it would be hard for men like this to walk away just when they're getting to unleash their full "wisdom" on the courts. I assume they won't step down until 2028 when they're worried about the presidential election. The odds the GOP loses the Senate are not great.

*If* we flip North Carolina, Maine, we can maybe have a surprise gain somewhere else.

People will be angry at this bill.

So no change to the make-up of the court. Sotomayor is the deal breaker as far as I can see. I pray she stays healthy and still has the stamina to be her usual level headed self and continues to call out the others for what they are. If she goes, for some reason, it's all over. Thankfully, Justice Jackson is following in her footsteps.

I think Alito will probably retire sometime before 2028.

They wouldn't want a drop in income or in-kind bribes just because they stop the active work for Billionaires, Inc. They're entitled.
