Nobody Should Blame Elected Democrats

It's the voters. People get the government they deserve. If Democrats controlled any branch of government, then we could assess some blame to them, but we don't.

There is only one way to stop Trump and the MAGA movement, which has taken over the entire Republican Party. That's to elect Democrats at every level, no matter who gets nominated.

-Every election in every place at every level is my mantra.
-I don't know why it's so hard for people to identify the stark contrasts between the two parties.
-If Democrats controlled everything we'd all see policies the vast majority of Americans support.
-The Democratic Party is not only a punching bag for bigots and the uninformed. It's also the punching bag for other Democrats.
-There is no single nominal leader of a party out of power unless that party out of power is a cult.

Some elected officials pander to Donors to overwhelm the competition and they become entrenched in their positions. In this country, politics is a dirty game, with voters subjected to massive amounts of propaganda (AKA "Advertising&quot . The two-party system encourages hyper-partisanship that resembles sport. Voters are manipulated through lies, scare tactics and cult-like recruitment tactics. It all takes plenty of money.
