"Big Beautiful Bill" is a sign of how mentally
stunted Felon 45/47 is. Not only is he incapable of remembering the bill's content, his third grade intellect cannot conceive of adjectives and antonyms beyond big/small, beautiful/ugly, strong weak, etc, in order to properly name the bill with a descriptive acronym, for example. He has the mental acuity of an elementary school student.
