I'm no Pollyanna.

Sure, a different Congress and Senate and a different President could fix some horrifics in the Big Bad Bill.

But you can't bring back closed nursing homes and hospitals that will be lost.

I suppose one small silver lining is selfish adult children can't stuff their elderly parents into nursing homes so they won't have to be responsible for their care.

They aren't nurses and doctors. It's daunting under the best of circumstances and they will no longer have resources for day care, meds, and supplies.

All they do nowadays is demolish everything. Cement foundation and all. Saw it done to a high rise hospital in NJ, and of course shopping malls. Usually prime locations. More offices. More data centers. More crypto farms!
