The bodies have been piling up, all window-related. There are coinky-dinks, and then there's this. Or is this a specific message to all failing or less than loyal and/or critical oligarchs?

Creativity is not a forte of Putin's assassins. Unless, of course, there are others behind this riffing on a familiar theme.
