7. You can still buy homes on an acre on Hawaii Island--the big island.

It is more affordable here than the other islands, but you have live volcanos. We are in a zone 3, so able to get home insurance. So far, no problems. All eruptions have been elsewhere and our air quality is great--we are close to the ocean and trade winds.

Trump and his minions – especially Nosferatu Miller – are evil incarnate, devoid of any redeeming qualities whatsoever. Well, Miller's got a little competition from the puppy killer, and the rancid-ham-faced Homan, and a long list of others, but Nosferatu's out front by several lengths.
There must be some form of legal action that can be taken to stop him. We cannot let him, – or more accurately – PUTIN, win. THAT'S non-negotiable. He fully intends to destroy the country as revenge for losing in 2020, and he has to be stopped.
