That has always been the quandary, the GOP never does anything for a certain group of voters and they continue to vote for them.

The Repub elected officials have been trying to get rid of social security since its inception, but the poor and middle-class Repub electorate continue to vote them into office. This is why I question the intelligence of these poor and middle-class conservative voters.
