Party while rescuers search for survivors and bodies

(Pennybacker Bridge, Austin)

(From Austin Reddit)

Incidentally, there is an order that says "all personal and commercial watercraft are prohibited on Austin waterways" until Monday.

Guess who they voted for?

I got no proof, but somehow, I don't think it was Kamala voters in those pictures. Wiz Imp Jul 2025 #6

Why should a tragedy stop them from partying.

Party on dudes!

Some Texans aren’t the brightest people when it comes to caring about others.

Empathy, who needs it, such a wasted emotion, don’tyaknow!

Kerrville is in Kerr County which gave trump 56% of the vote.

"The primary area affected by the recent devastating floods in Texas is Kerr County."

Followed by “Guess who they voted for”.

I’m well aware that Kerr County is red like nearly every other county in Texas.

These look like young college students to me.

Our family has a boat, although we are not on the lake currently, we are indeed Dems that vote blue.

Lousy comment.

But they sure do love to tell everybody else follow the rules, and throw hissy fits when they don't.

this picture was taken YESTERDAY.... if these boaters were on the lake, they had no way of knowing what was unfolding in the hill country 100 miles away.
