JUST IN: Judge Gallagher says either El Salvador is lying to the UN or the administration is lying to her about the people deported to CECOT.
It's particularly notable because Gallagher raised this issue on her own, taking judicial notice of a document filed in another case (the Alien Enemies Act case before Judge Boasberg).
