When your boss thinks he has the right to steal your stuff.




I worked for somebody like this once. if she saw something in your workspace that she liked she would just say "I want that" and expect you to turn it over. i didn't but most people did.

I worked for many very religious bosses. One of them told me that she wasn't giving me a raise because she didn't approve of what I spent "the money we give you on". It's an authoritarian mindset. Even after you're paid for your work the boss still considers it their money.
