ICE Slapped With Million Dollar Lawsuit For Assaulting US Citizen

The Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund is demanding the federal government pay $1 million in damages to a U.S. citizen who was arrested and detained last month while filming an immigration raid at a Home Depot in Los Angeles.

We all have a Constitutional Right to due process, to habeas corpus, to not be unlawfully detained and arrested.

Where is the ACLU?
