can the Responsible Gun Owners and sportsmen form a breakaway faction of the NRA?

NRA thinks it is the sole voice of gun owners - until it is not.
There has to be a section that is sane and is open to common sense laws.

how to shoot.
Make them ALL bring guns to school.
Train them how to use guns in school, so that by the time they are 17
They will be perfect cannon fodder for the next war.
