While Marijuana is now legal, police can still pull you over for excessive use the same way that they can stop you for a dui. If someone reeks of alcohol or weed, cops can stop you and arrest you.

You can purchase flower online and have it delivered to your door in Texas and many other so called non legal states.

People tell me it's not the same, but, science says it is...so did the dispensary owner in San Francisco during a recent visit, he told me it was the same thing, because the same farms in Cali are also producing the legal THCa flower...
