you know, after the Gulf of Don-old and Atlantic Ocean warm up to their summer maximum temperatures, the artist can draw a new toon. Maybe a split screen where one location is prepared for a Cat 2, but it turned and hit another location as a Cat 5. And the artist could show Donny with his big Marks-A-Lot.

and the GOP is blaming anyone and everyone they can to avoid the consequences of their failures. Reality and history will be rewritten over the next two weeks, and before anyone can say, "I did that!" Kerr co. GOP will blame TX GOP. TX GOP will blame Washington GOP. Washington will blame Kerr county, and the circle of blame is complete, never stopping in any one place long enough for examination or analysis.
