Personally I'd think a better meme would contain his actual words, which were: " (Let’s) not waste Time and Energy on Jeffrey Epstein, somebody that nobody cares about.", and some of his rants that the 'files' were the creation of his political enemies like Comey and Obama and Brennan!!!1!!!

But, point made, and at minimum, the dude is losing it, quickly.
