What he's wearing looks like either concealer or tattoo cover to me. Those are only made in a few shades. They would have had to go over it with foundation to match his skin...and he doesn't seem to have any of that.

There’s also Barron. The pictures I’ve seen of Barron in recent months show him heavily done up - he’s wearing foundation, a lot of contouring, nude lipstick and really good eye makeup.
