I thought he was going to "vote his conscience" from now on. Tells me who he is but I already knew.

Also, I think those three are taking turns having two of them vote "no" because they know the bills will pass anyway.

Not exactly profiles in courage.

We see how Murkowski falls in line when she's not permitted to vote no.
