He went to the doctor and unfortunately instead of looking for an underlying cause for the swelling they had him buy a cumbersome machine that rhythmically compressed his legs. Didn’t work. The underlying cancer was not discovered until he had a routine PSA test at his annual physical.

Whatever Trump has, I don’t believe that it’s as simple and benign as chronic venous insufficiency. It may start there, but I doubt that it ends there.
