…kept blaming the Democrats for not going after this story in 2017, for not publicizing the story back then, for not — I mean, over and over and over it was the Democrats’ fault that trump got elected the first time because “nobody” knew or had the story forced on them. I wanted to hurl.
If I, a random DUer, knew all of this at least a decade ago simply by following source-links from postings here, then the story was no secret whatsoever. All the publicity photos and puff-pieces from trump’s lifetime of boastful sexual vanity were online. It had all been filmed and published and printed decades before, and generally afaict at his own request. The Dark Triad was on full display at all times, and his fans loved it.
But in a desperate attempt to avoid voter responsibility and smear Democrats — in at least one Bluesky participant’s opinion, it is the Democrats who are to blame.
