This merger with SkyDance has just got them twisted in knots to do whatever it takes to make happen.

CBS and Paramount are just trash. Morning and evening news is in the dumper (and has been for awhile). Late night is going away (so they say). Primetime is the same rote scripted and realty nonsense. Paramount + is wasteland of Taylor Sheridan scholck going after MAGA world (and is as preachy as ANYTHING they say is woke).
