A closer look at the WSJ article

Since tsf announced that he is suing the WSJ, Murdoch et al, I decided to have a closer look at this article from a couple of days ago: https://archive.md/5VJ1L

The letter bearing Trump’s name, which was reviewed by the Journal, is bawdy—like others in the album. It contains several lines of typewritten text framed by the outline of a naked woman, which appears to be hand-drawn with a heavy marker. A pair of small arcs denotes the woman’s breasts, and the future president’s signature is a squiggly “Donald” below her waist, mimicking pubic hair.

The letter concludes: “Happy Birthday — and may every day be another wonderful secret.”

In an interview with the Journal on Tuesday evening, Trump denied writing the letter or drawing the picture. “This is not me. This is a fake thing. It’s a fake Wall Street Journal story,” he said.

“I never wrote a picture in my life. I don’t draw pictures of women,” he said. “It’s not my language. It’s not my words.”

The article does not say that tsf wrote the letter. It says that his signature is 'on it' which is easily proven if need be. I doubt his lawsuit will go very far against Murdoch.

So okay, he probably didn't create this birthday greeting for Jeffrey Epstein, but I'm sure he PAID an artist to do it.

Chump knew this would be put into a book for Epstein, and he didn't want to be the only "friend" left out.

It can't be fake, because if it were, Chump would have sued Ghislaine Maxwell for using his name without permission.

Extortion is a crime. Negotiating a settlement is (usually) not.

The crime lord wants a cut of murdoch's business, this is the pretext.

That is an outright lie. At least five of the president’s own sketches were auctioned off between 1995 and 2020, suggesting that he had an obvious affinity for drawing. In 2005, a very rudimentary drawing he did of the New York City skyline sold for $30,000. In 2006, another basic sketch was auctioned off, this time of the George Washington Bridge. In 2017, his sketch of the Empire State Building was auctioned off for $16,000. And in 2020, his “Money Tree” drawing sold for $8,500. The president has “wrote” many a picture, poking a gaping hole in his defense against the Journal’s reporting.
