The VP must call the meeting of the Cabinet officers in order to discuss and vote on removal on the basis of 25A. We don't know when or if that will happen, but they won't be able to keep it a secret in today's 24/7/365 news environment. (After which, there are more steps outlined in the Amendment.)

Once that happens some of us will be very happy and probably celebrate.

But how will the faithful MAGAs react? They're going to be furious and many will blame Vance. These people are occasionally known to act crazy and many of them have gunz. I think Vance is laying low on purpose because of the crazy-factor.

However, if he did, he'd likely try and wait until January 21st 2027, because then he could serve more than two full terms.
