DUers have pointed out that some of the words sound more British than American.

Maxwell planned and organized the scrapbook. She would have known that Trump was too stupid to come up with anything clever.

I agree that he would have chortled along with the joke. People laughing about raping children. Nice.

2. Yes. No matter who conceived it or authored it, Trump and Epstein yucked it up when they talked about it later on.

4. Both words are outside of the active, working vocabulary of 99% of the population.

So, it wasn't Trump. Might have been Epstein, but it's an anagram that would simple befuddle most people.

While most people understand that enigma is some sort of puzzle, very few know the word "gamine.' Very few people would use "enigma" in a spoken or written sentence.

So, I'm not sure about the interpretation here.
