Age of consent varies by state ranging from 16 to 18. The Federal age of consent is 18. Due to the nature of Epstein's activities which involve interstate activity, I believe any sexual activity with girls under 18 would be considered sexual assault with a minor.

Trump had a creepy and unhealthy infatuation with his daughter, but he was never accused of sexual assault that we know of by more than a couple minors.

Brad Edwards, a lawyer who represents more than 200 Epstein victims has said that in his interviews and investigations, nobody had accused Trump of anything untoward whatsoever.
