It appears that Senator Wyden is fighting an uphill battle here.

Wire fraud (standard) 5-year statute (likely expired)
Wire fraud tied to bank fraud 10-year statute (expires 2027–2029)
Urgency for Wyden To compel disclosure before clock runs out
DOJ/Treasury implication Could be seen as obstructing justice if delays prevent charges
