CNN is really pushing the Colbert story

I'm all for it of course. They are covering Colbert's epic show last night with lengthy clips and presenting it in a very pro Colbert, anti CBS way.
Again, fine with me.

But after the second segment on this story in a one hour show (the Situation Room), it started to feel a little excessive. I mean, anything is preferable to their "panel" discussions, but really it was like half of the show was devoted to Colbert! Seemed a little odd.

Maybe some of the MAGATs will see this, and just for a moment imagine: that could be my voice that is being cancelled.

My hubby said something similar. He's a huge Colbert fan, as am I, but he thinks CNN has another motive.

I wouldn't have expected that from CNN.

I know what you mean about the "panel" discussions. It has gotten so annoying, just rehashing what was said initially over and over again.

5. And don't even get me started on Scott Jennings

or whatever his name is. My favorite panel moment of all time was when a female guest called him out on his smirking.

I really hate CNN and rarely ever watch it anymore. I will give them credit when they get something right though. Still won't watch it.

8. That dude is a horror show of smug creepiness.

The show is terrible anyway and when he gets his little snide digs in, it just sets them off into a whole new round of yelling.

7. Anderson Cooper and Andy Cohen

were there last night as featured audience members along with Jon Stewart, John Oliver, etc.

9. The media loves media like Hollywood loves Hollywood.

They like to think they are the moral and social axis of the universe and are about as blind - or equally unable to admit - to their failings
