it's very likely being done with the approval of the MAGAs who backed Trump as the face of Project 2025. My guess is that they want a replacement for him. Time to move the bought-and-paid-for Vance into Trump's position.

Replacing Trump will not be the end of the fascists in government. But, it could cause loss of general support among the MAGA rank and file. They've been enamored of the image that Trump projects of himself. No one else in the MAGA fascist movement can dupe the masses as well as President Doohnibor.

Should get interesting.

Vance has zero charisma and is a terrible liar.
He is also lazy.
Seems to be on permanent vacation since he took office.
And using his little children as human shields like his pal Musk.

But yes he is bought and paid for.
But he will flip to the highest bidder.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Rupert Murdoch has been sitting on a veritable treasure trove of salacious information about Mango Mussolini, a la “catch and kill”, just in case…

But now that the oligarch’s pet narcissistic sociopath has outlived his usefulness (they got the tax cuts and deregulation they wanted), and his chaotic behavior and ridiculous fixations have become a nuisance, out comes the dirt. Exactly as planned…

His pervy behavior has been grist for the NYC gossip mills for decades. But Murdoch's drip, drip, drip of scandalous info, and his "so what?" response to tRump's threats have created, IMO, a permission structure for the gossips to speak aloud what they've been whispering about. To release the Kraken, to unsheath the knives.

By the time they're done with him, that SOB is gonna look like a freakin' porcupine.

read the same attribution in today's WSJ piece. Appears that there is more than one leaker somewhere. Patel will have to set up his handy dandy polygraph soon.

There are still loads of people left in the government who are not Trump loyalists, including in the DOJ and other pertinent agencies. There are likely leakers all over the place.

communications between DOJ and the White House, or whether the WSJ would consider him a credible source.

It could be two to five individuals who are not public figures but worked on the Epstein case in some capacity. I haven't read the article so I don't know if these are "current" or "former", etc.. But Musk is a perfectly reasonable guess.

Probably mid-level DOJ & FBI staff who've managed to fly under the radar so far.
